Lunar Loussia

President of Improve Business Solutions

About

Born and raised in San Diego, California, Lunar Loussia developed a strong work ethic early on, shadowing his father who owned grocery and liquor stores throughout the city. His love for business started young—fueled by both curiosity and a passion for helping others. After graduating from Valhalla High School in 1997, Lunar joined Wild Bill’s Tobacco (1999–2002), working under his cousin and mentor Mazin Samona, the founder. In 2007, he became an AT&T franchisee and scaled the business to 65 stores across three states before successfully exiting in 2017.

Today, Lunar leads Improve Business Solutions, a full-scale business development firm with 1,500 clients and 240 employees. The company focuses on operational support, infrastructure planning, and technology services for retail and service-based businesses. He is also active in custom home design, real estate development, and overseas manufacturing, particularly building materials sourced from China. Beyond his business ventures, Lunar is committed to mentoring others and strengthening communities. He actively supports more than 20 nonprofit organizations, including Friends of Scott, Operation Hope, Sharia’s Closet, RIP Medical Debt, Poverello House, and multiple church-based initiatives.
